Summertime

Okay summer is here and I'm having a hard time posting on my blog. We have had a very fun packed summer so far. Well okay most of it has been fun.

We started our summer by moving houses, I found myself packing way to many boxes and unpacking all those boxes asking myself why I didn't get rid of the stuff before I packed it. Yesterday my nephew Travis came and helped me organize the storage stuff in the basement and I did throw some of the stuff out. Thank you so much Travis for your help. The best part of organizing all the stuff was..... I found my cricket machine the sole purpose of organizing all the boxes. It was the one thing I had not been able to find from the move and I was getting just a little bit worried, but I found it yesterday Hooray!

Karla and Amandee have been having a fun packed summer. They started it off with Basketball camp, and also playing in a couple of basketball tournaments. They both went to Youth Conference at the U and loved it. Girls camp with the new ward and decided it was the best girls camp they had been to, (that was such a relief I was just a little worried about Amandee.)
Karla and Kory went on a river rafting trip on the Colorado River down by Moab, had a great time. Amandee is now at E.F.Y.

Nathan has been having fun meeting new friends in the neighborhood. This is the first time my boys have friends in the neighborhood, and I don't have to drive them to their friends house. Nathan gets to go to camp within the week.

Jaron has been keeping us way to busy! (Don't get me wrong, I have loved it!) Jaron was picked for the All-Star team this year in Baseball. He played in three different tournaments in 3 weeks, I think he played something like 15 games. They took 2nd in District, but unfortunately they lost their first 2 games in State.

When Kory and I were at one of Jaron's games we decided that we had been to about 125 different games this year for all the kids...... So our blog name Benchwarming Browns fits us to a tee.

Hopefully I can find some time, and also get the computer to work so I can down load some pictures, of all the fun activities

Enjoy the rest of your summer.
